We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support the Order to Cash global revenue accounting operations & revenue close process, based in New York City. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of combined finance, accounting and/or data analytics background in revenue operations at a global organization.
What you’ll do
- Administer the day-to-day Order to Cash operations (Billing, AR and Cash application)
- Execution of monthly and quarterly close, ensuring accurate results are delivered on time for reporting in accordance with IFRS
- Prepare/review journals, support manual billing, cash application, accounts reconciliation and fluxes
- Help own the implementation of best practices in the team to scale our global revenue operations.
- Mentor, teach, and review the work of other supporting members of the accounting team and outsourced vendors.
- Assist in integrations, acquisitions and other special projects related to billing and cash applications
- Other responsibilities include but are not limited testing and implementing system improvements, as well as ad hoc analyses and data review as assigned
- Be a part of crafting IT solutions that enable operational excellence and detailed validations
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Sales Operations, FP&A, IT, Tax, and various business owners on policies, processes, and programs, and help drive key system initiatives and improvements
Who you are
- 5+ years of finance and/or data analytics background from accounting information systems, preferably companies in the Technology, Podcasting, Entertainment/Media, and/or Advertising industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher education equivalent.
- Deep understanding of the relationship between business, IT and accounting
- Experience with major ERP systems required (SAP, Oracle or Netsuite).
- Excellent Excel skills, and become comfortable with extremely large data volume.
- Experience working with SOX & ITGC controls
- Prior experience working with an outsourcing vendor a plus.

The United States base range for this position is $87,437-$109,296 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
