The FCO Mailing Specialist is a member of the Milliman Fulfillment Center (FCO), which is a full-service print and fulfillment shop that services multiple offices. The Fulfillment Center is a part of the Communication business unit within the Milliman Employee Benefits Administration & Consulting Practice. The FCO Mailing Specialist role is an entry-level position with steady work hours offering great learning opportunities. The FCO Mailing Specialist will work closely with other Fulfillment Center employees to assist with supplies for printing, assembly, shipping, and mailing various communication materials.

What You Will Do
- Handle the physical mailing of participant communications using USPS mailing services.
- Bulk ship product orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx services.
- Develop proficiency in mailing and shipping software applications.
- Actively monitor inventory levels of paper, envelopes and other consumables. Alert staff when levels are low and need to be reordered.
- Receive and warehouse paper, envelopes and other consumables.
- Build a working knowledge of the finishing equipment to assist in the delivery of communication material.
- Gain an understanding of employee benefits administration and Milliman products.
- Assist the Fulfillment Center operations with other projects as assigned.
- Serve as a resource for required projects on an as needed basis, accept other duties as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For
Required Experience and Skills
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Able to lift and move up to 40 lbs; 75-80% of work hours involve walking or standing.
- Ability to understand and follow precise directions.
- Must have a valid US driver’s license and personal vehicle with state-required insurance.

Location
This position is based in the Milliman office in Tualatin, OR. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite at the Fulfillment Center location.
Compensation
The range for this role is $16 to $20, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
