We are seeking someone to join our awesome team in New York City as a Senior Account Executive with Franco Sarto. In this role, you will develop most effective budget, strategy, and brand management to maximize sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Manage brand awareness, account profitability, and strategic plans.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for new accounts.
- Key all orders into system of record and determine appropriate size scales.
- Manage assortment and product recommendations. Partner with internal teams to meet customers product needs and achieve IMU goals.
- Ability to lay out practical and logical assortment plans based on retail space, inventory turn and sell-through.
- Identify key retailers, opportunities, and new accounts.
- Travel to key growth accounts to stay up to date on competitive issues and opportunities.
- Communicate with accounts and office regarding sales, shipments, and markdowns.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with both internal and external contacts.
- Develop and manage brand awareness, account profitability, and strategic plans.
- Drive net sales and profitability through monitoring sales for trends, receipts, inventory and markdowns for accuracy and discrepancies on a weekly basis.
- Forecast returns, allowances, and advertising funding, as needed including management of shipping to monthly budget.

Qualifications
We seek people with these qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
- 5+ years Wholesale Sales experience, preferably with department stores, and/or large discount retailers
- Excellent communication (oral & written) skills
- Problem solving mindset, analytical skills
- Leadership and people management
- Strong partnering skills; problem solving and analytical skills
This position has a compensation range of $95,169 – $118,961. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience.
