Responsibilities
Peraton is hiring a Sr. Contracts Administrator to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a Contracts Adminitrator on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) contracts within the Intelligence Community. Work is performed onsite.
In this position, you will:
- Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts, task orders and subsequent amendments.

- Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with Company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
- Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports
- Advise management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.
- Monitor company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintains continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.
- Prepare and disseminate information throughout the organization regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination.
- Initiate documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications.
- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
- Participate in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations between company and outside sources.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Requires 10 to 12 years with BS, or 8 to 10 years with MS, or 5 to 7 years with PhD
- Ability to prepare and disseminate information throughout the organization regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination
- Ability to participates in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations between company and outside sources
- Ability to work in Annapolis Junction, MD
- Active TS SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required

Target Salary Range
$112,000 – $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
