Position Overview:
Panoramic Health is the largest Physician-driven Nephrology organization in USA. It’s 350+ physicians provide care to over 400,000 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Dialysis patients.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Dev Ops/Cloud Ops Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Azure cloud infrastructure, in a way that is secure, reliable and meets various compliance requirements. This would also involve supporting the digital team in setting up automations to accelerate deployment and troubleshoot product deployment issues, production issues and fix the same.
- Works closely with Tech Leads and developers of various teams to assess existing problems and to come up with process improvement solutions
- Works with the leadership to make sure that the best security and governance practices are implemented and followed.
- Participates in planning delivery time, code quality, and process efficiency improvement projects
- Executes on plan by building coding standardizations and automating processes for the organization
- Surveys developers and technical members of the organization to understand their main pain points in the coding and development process
- Collaborates with the rest of DevOps team to deliver consistent and holistic solution to the organization
- Coordination with other teams to design optimal patterns for data ingest and egress, as well as lead and coordinate data quality initiatives and troubleshooting
- Design and build solutions to track data quality, stabilize data pipeline, etc. to ensure reliable operations
- Ensure best practices are followed across architecture, codebase and configuration
- Incorporate data security and HIPAA compliance, along with data protection (transit and at-rest) to build a solid security model
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned bysupervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Azure, provisioning various resources, monitoring, troubleshooting etc.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
- Experience working with Terraform to provision and update Azure resources.
- Experience in DevOps (e.g., automating IT operations)
- Extensive development experience in MS Azure, Infrastructure as code using Terraform, Configuration management, Containers and Kubernetes, IT operations, Source code management, CI / CD, Continuous testing
- Experience working in applications, systems or IT operations
- Experience in agile methodology
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Must have at least the 2 Azure certifications, ideally one of them being the “Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer” certification.
- Comfort with frequent, incremental code, testing

This role has a salary range of $118,846 to $157,471 and regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid time off (PTO).
