Job Description
Reborn Cabinet’s has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of home remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast.
This role is responsible for oversee and coordinate the warehouse and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team with peak efficiency in achieving the company’s strategic objectives.
• Maintain a clean work area
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all Reborn employees.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules; verify completion of services are documented in asset management software.
• Communicate policies to team members and acting as the primary information source for the warehouse team, maintaining compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed.
• Shipping and receiving activities and associated documentation.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center and manage the flow + quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Document control: expected delivery reports, HW, SHP, and HW KIT, Resi, MAS, Buildertrend, etc.
• Work in conjunction with purchasing department to communicate with vendors about missing/damaged goods.
Qualifications:
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Aptitude for technical writing (processes, procedures, etc.)
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
• Proficient knowledge of company software
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of company staff and effectively resolve conflict as needed.
• Bi-lingual (English, Spanish) a plus.
What we offer:
Full time: Pay Rate $60,000 to $65,000 yearly (Depending on Experience)

Monday through Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM (May include some Saturdays)
