- Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 depending on qualifications and experiences.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Program Director works under the general supervision of the Program Director and assists in the supervision and management of the program. The Associate Program Director will function as the back up to the Program Director and is the lead administrator in the Program in the absence of the Program Director.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Good knowledge of the resources available in the community to support treatment plan goals.
- Ability to master Electronic Health Record and all other software required to operate the program.
- Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary staff of professionals and paraprofessionals in providing treatment services and ability to from and maintain effective teams.
- Good knowledge of the components of a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Good knowledge of the policies and organization of the regulatory agency and applicable legislation, regulations and rules.
- Good knowledge of the principles and practices of supervision.
- Basic knowledge of best practices, evidence-based treatment, and general treatment techniques.
- Ability to plan and organize treatment services, and to provide supervision and leadership to a culturally diverse group of staff.
- Ability to form and maintain effective relationships with community and local and state government representatives.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of written proposals for new or expanded treatment services.
- Ability to identify from the record and from observation, deficiencies in individual treatment plans.
- Ability to interact with auditors, regulatory bodies, clients, staff, colleagues, public, other agencies and their staff and third party insurance personnel.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIERMENTS:
Education:
- LCSW, LMSW and LMHC with CASAC .
- MSW are welcomed to apply who hold a CASAC.
