Cleans and maintains all building and structures in public use assuring the facilities are clean and safe.
Cleaning
- Dusts chairs, tables, shelves, and other furniture and equipment.
- Washes windows, walls, woodwork and venetian blinds.
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; replaces toilet paper and paper towels.
- Vacuums, sweeps, mops, and buffs floors.
- Collects and disposes of refuse.
- Cleans and polishes furniture, brass, and other metal and woodwork.
- Cleans sidewalks and outside areas of debris or snow/ice.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Floor Care
- Weekly buffing
- Monthly scrubbing and top coating of wax
Carpet Cleaning
- Monthly cleaning scheduling for carpet shampooing covering all carpet in facility once annually
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma. One to two years of experience.
