What You’ll Do
The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing project timelines for Brand Design and other departments as needed. This position is responsible for coordinating the flow of projects from conception to completion.
- Establishes NPD project management for Brand Design, among other departments
- Coordinates and oversees the timely flow of projects from conception through completion; formulate and manage timelines and reports
- Develops and manages production schedules for cross-functional departments to ensure projects are on time
- Monitor project progress by tracking schedules, migrating risks and resolving issues
- Works with cross-functional teams to maintain and archive project artifacts
- Serve as the key liaison for all cross-functional departments in house and overseas
- Diplomatically enforce deadlines and problem solve in an efficient and professional manner
- Assists employees with procedures relating to organizational projects
- Assesses and refine processes, driving for efficiencies and timeliness of work
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to Sr. Project Manager and departments that are involved
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope
- Assess and report the day-to-day progress of tasks and deliverables using project management tools
- Evaluate e-com channel capabilities and limitations (e.g., landing pages, email, SMS, FB/IG, etc.) to ensure deliverable planning is accurate, timely, and realistic
- Other duties may be assigned
Bring It!
- 3-5 years of experience in project or traffic management in an in-house capacity. A minimum of 2 years project management experience in CPG is required.
- Possess an understanding of the production process relating to creative, print and other marketing tactics in order to effectively manage resources, time and budgets; additional experience with digital media production would be ideal
- Experience and knowledge of the digital space and workflow within digital projects
- Experience coordinating, managing, and supporting initiatives and workstreams related to all aspects of direct-to-consumer marketing and products
- Prior experience implementing a process of efficient workflow systems preferred
- Experience using and solid understanding of a digital traffic management and project management systems (i.e. Workfront, etc.) mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel; plus the willingness to learn new software and management tools as needed. Knowledge of the Mac platform is a plus.
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

Compensation range: $35-41 per hour
