Primary Responsibilities
- Perform assignments under the direct supervision of the Area & Regional Safety Manager
- Assist with a variety of S.H.E work: field inspections, training, and Office Score Card activities
- Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals’ program
- Apply standard Safety Management techniques and procedures
- Perform assignments under the direct supervision of the Northwest Regional SH&E Manager
- Learn how to read and interpret Drawings and Specifications (Contract Documents)
- Review Project Specific Health and Safety Plans
- Perform Job Hazard Analysis Reviews
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program for Environmental Health and Safety Management (or a closely related program)
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Strongly prefer a minimum of 2 years completed toward a degree with a 3.0 + GPA
- OSHA 10 Training
- Preference will be given to local candidates

Typical starting pay range for this position is $22 – $27 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
