- Handling multiple claims in various stages of process against deadlines and in an environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Receiving alerts of emergency issues (accidents, temperature, cargo delivery)
- Notifying the appropriate parties when a load is going to be delayed.
- Gathering necessary information from involved parties to support claim evaluation.
- Filing all correspondence and maintaining active files
- Escalating files if further action is necessary.

- You are organized and detailed with strong problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The details | What are the hours, pay, and location?
- This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday daytime hours and the occasional weekend shift.
- Pay is $16 per hour.
