Role Snapshot

As our Senior Government Marketing Analyst, you will help build and execute our marketing strategy and the WPS Brand to grow awareness and generate demand to establish WPS in the Government Healthcare Contracting space. You will be a critical, foundational member on the Business Development (BD) team and will tackle projects and campaigns of varying size.
Your primary focus will be:

  • Researching potential customers, small businesses, partners, and competitors and maintaining an intelligence library.
  • Supporting BD strategy with preparation of Agency Intelligence Reports for target Federal healthcare agencies.
  • Develop capability briefs for distribution to agencies and partners.
  • Maintaining a pipeline and related competitive intelligence data in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
  • Analyzing our business development pipeline and preparing reports for executives and the Board or directors.
  • Facilitating the upkeep of WPS collateral and participate at various conferences and industry days.

Travel

  • This role WILL have regular travel to our Madison, Wisconsin Corporate Office for meetings and strategy as well as regular trips to conferences and industry days.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of federal government experience
  • An understanding of various stages of a federal procurement (RFI, RFP, Pre-Solicitation, Sources Sought, etc.)
  • Specific experience with US General Services Administration (GSA) and US Small Business Administration (SBA).
  • Experience working in CRM tools.

Salary Range$70,000 – $95,000The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside the posted range.
