Responsibilities
The analyst is part of a team that will conduct a Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) investigation using the ITEAMS process to characterize and document capabilities, performance, and limitations of battalion, group, regiment, and brigade associated SAM and SSM C4 systems.
- Responsible for characterizing all internal and external methods and means for communication.
- Characterization includes connectivity with target acquisition radars or other sensors, subordinate fire units or Command and Control (C2), upper-echelon C2, and lateral connectivity with adjacent C2. Specific transport methods and data rates must be identified for each interacting system.
- Assessments include radios, modems, VOIP, text messaging, video teleconferencing, networking equipment, antennas, serial ports, and other hardware or software devices and interfaces.
- Analysis includes the identification of data formats, routing, and contents. Data contents must address accuracy, precision, latency, and reference frame. Datalink and PROFORMA analysis must be included, when available.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 10+ years of related experience or a masters degree and 8+ years of experience or PhD and 5+ years of relevant experience
- TS/SCI w CIP is required.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 – $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
