Miller Brother Staffing is recruiting for a Setter/Caster for our client in Spring City, PA!
Shift:4am-12pm or 5am-1pm
Pay:$16.50-$18.00
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strip concrete castings from all forms in accordance with plant process control procedures and safety rules
- Clean and remove the damaged caulking, concrete and other deleterious material from form prior to setup
- Reset the pallet and the core to the proper position in accordance with approved shop drawing
- Construct styrofoam and/or wood block outs
- Construct and assemble basic wood forms
- Install proper cage with the correct coverages and install required cast-in items per approved shop drawing
- Cast, vibrate and finish fresh concrete
- Setup standard forms, slabs, GTE, overbuilds or other special forms
- Setup or change over the adjustable forms
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
PHYSICAL DEMAND
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Must have valid drivers license
