About the Job

VS Media is currently looking for an organized and thoughtful Junior Media Buyer to enhance our Media Buying team. Internally, the title will be referred to as “Media Buyer – Creatives” This position will report directly to the Media Buying Manager. The team operates in-house, during regular business hours, and on many platforms. This position is a full time hybrid role, the schedule for which will be determined by the manager. These platforms include Google Ads, Microsoft Bing and adult industry ad networks, though the team also works with direct publishers and brokers. The individual that succeeds in this role is someone who is careful, dedicated and creative. They must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This candidate will need to be extremely resourceful and able to collaborate in a team environment. Proper training on the team’s policies and procedures will be provided.

Areas of Training and Responsibilities

  • Primary focus is on data collection and analysis of active banner / pre-roll campaigns to create easy to read reports on various KPIs while identifying useful trends in large datasets to improve conversion rates.
  • Track all outcoming creative projects, monitor their status build timelines and clearly communicate updates to the media buying department.
  • A|B testing various creatives in display, preroll / interstitials campaigns and making continuous optimizations to improve conversion rates.
  • Present creative concepts internally and externally as needed
  • Conducting market/competitor analysis to identify what is trending in the marketplace.
  • Create and test new ad placements.

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Has a background, work experience or education, in Statistical Analysis, Finance, Mathematics or Accounting.
  • Experience working with different advertising messages is a plus

Compensation

Compensation includes an attractive 401K and an incentive bonus plan. Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision) is also provided. Full details will be made available during an interview.
