Job Description

The Enterprise Product team is looking for an Ad Tech Product Specialist. This role will provide operational oversight and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative advertising technology solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for product enhancements. Additionally, you will aid in creating Ad Tech integration roadmaps, manage product launches, monitor product performance, and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends. Lastly, you will supply exceptional customer support by troubleshooting and resolving any product-related issues or concerns.

  • Provide operational oversight Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ad Tech Integrations, Product Architects, Sales Supply, Sales Enablement, Application Clients, and Playback Video teams, to help coordinate develop and execute innovative advertising technology solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on ad tech products and platforms, supplying guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze client and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Aid in the creation of Ad Tech integration roadmaps and prioritization of feature integrations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies.
  • Develop and administer comprehensive product documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials through our Confluence Wiki and Absorb learning tool.
  • Help facilitate communication between Integration and QA teams, collaborate with engineering teams to address any issues and ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Manage product launches and coordinate communication efforts to internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, clients, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform future ad tech product integrations and optimization efforts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform strategic product decisions.
  • Supply exceptional customer support, troubleshooting and resolving any product-related issues or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising technology platforms, such as ad servers, DSPs (Demand Side Platform), SSPs (Supply Side Platform) (Supply Side Platform), DMPs (Data Management Platforms), and viewability measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising formats, including display, video, and native advertising.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a proven record of accomplishment of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A passion for innovation and staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ad tech, digital advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience with video advertising technology, including VAST (Video Ad Serving Template), VPAID, and video ad serving platforms.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), and header bidding.
  • Familiarity with advertising industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and IAB guidelines.
  • Ability in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI (Business Intelligence).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira.
  • Background in media, broadcasting, or entertainment industries.
