We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to work alongside our studio and central marketing teams to drive the successful live service of our internally-developed titles. You will lead the live game marketing planning for New World, formulating best-in-class campaigns in partnership with the game team and other cross-functional marketing owners. You will have responsibility for driving the tactical execution of the go-to-market plan to reach targeted KPI goals including those associated with: consumer awareness, user acquisition, retention, and MAU.
The right candidate brings demonstrated experience in go-to-market planning and execution with live service PC and/or console products, exceptional project management and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work on tight deadlines, while sometimes dealing with ambiguity. Key job responsibilities
- Build innovative marketing campaigns that engage and grow the player base, and drive ongoing campaigns throughout the Live Service.
- Perform competitive analysis and work with the research team to identify and understand audience insights and trends.
- Assist with the creation of strategically-driven product marketing plans and oversee the execution of the tactical components of that plan.
- Work closely with regional marketing teams to coordinate support for global go-to-market initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end process for managing marketing tasks including those related to CRM, performance, brand campaigns, and events.
- Initiate project briefs for developing content across our owned, paid and earned marketing channels including: brand style guides, digital ads, gameplay trailers, product websites and other promotional assets.
- Maintain a shared marketing calendar to ensure updates are effectively communicated and cross-functional teams have visibility into upcoming campaigns.
- Work closely with Product Management and the development leadership team on the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and CRM teams to oversee KPI goal setting, and acquisition funnel metrics.
- Track and report key campaign metrics and analyze learnings to inform future success.
- Manage the product marketing budget, ensuring costs are accurately tracked and reported.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of video game marketing experience building go-to-market plans and overseeing execution across multiple platforms (PC, Console)
- 5+ years of Experience with PC or Console online games as a service and live ops marketing best practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, independent, organized and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience with, and knowledge of, the MMO genre.
- Analytical mindset and a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to write impactful copy that communicates product messaging to the consumer through various touch points including social, web, CRM, advertising and video.
- Adaptable working in a high-volume digital marketing organization supporting multiple projects.
- Passion for playing games.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
