Primary duties
- Resident relations including but not limited to work orders, calls and emails.
- Maintain calendar
- Maintain Community channel & owner telephone directory
- Publish show tickets on website
- Coordinate clubhouse events
- File and release payment for show contracts
- Front desk coverage as needed
- Monthly magazine publishing
General duties
- Acquire and maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures of the association.
- Understand the goals of the community, as defined by the board, and assist the property manager to achieve the goals.
- Understand, use an contribute to the association’s policies, procedures, practices and programs that are available to support the continuous improvement of property management at the community.
- Assist the manager in planning, noticing and conducting elections, board meetings, annual meetings and committee meetings.
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of the community, including, but not limited to: Maintenance of theassociation’s files and records
- Administer rules and regulations
- Mailings and Email Blasts
- Unit Owner & Board Member Inquiries and problems
- Assisting the manager to help ensure that the maintenance and cleaning of community facilities is performed
- Assist the manager in identifying and analyzing alternative solutions to problems that may arise
- Respond professionally and timely to inquiries from the manager, the board, residents and others.
Candidate must have understanding of cloud-based services like Google Drive and Dropbox
Candidate must have understanding of Publisher software (Affinity Publisher or Microsoft Publisher)
Full-Time Mon-Fri 8a-5p
Pay Rate: $20-$25 DOE
