Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury home builder, seeks a Management Associate for one of our luxury home communities in Englewood, Colorado.

We seek Management Associates whose education and previous experience clearly demonstrates an ability to be successfully involved in land acquisition/development, new community setup, sales, purchasing, quality assurance, and production of luxury homes.

Join our operations rotational program that aims to place Management Associates on the path to become well-rounded, multi-faceted real estate development professionals.

In this role, you will gradually assume responsibility for:

  • Land acquisition and development
  • Land and entitlement approval process
  • Profit and Loss
  • Managing sales and marketing operations
  • Overseeing new home construction, including trade partner relations

Qualifications

We seek candidates with graduate degrees (preferably in relevant fields, such as Real Estate Development, Construction Management Land Development, etc.) and internship/work experience in homebuilding or construction. Candidates with Bachelor’s degrees in relevant fields, as well as experience working for other national homebuilders, are also encouraged to apply.

Ability to problem-solve independently and with a team, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the homebuilding industry are required. New home construction and sales experience are a plus.

The salary for this position is $60,000-$85,000 plus a monthly mobile device allowance and a annual discretionary bonus.
