Job Description
Receives, researches and responds to all incoming written correspondence.
Duties
- Keeps track of received letters and source documents.
- Investigates all incoming mail and other sources of complaint/ issues in all programs including but not limited to CSD, Owner Relations Database and MR Apps.
- Make necessary corrections to information entered into the database.
- Compiles sorts and verifies all information received to respond to owner/guest issues.
- Keeps record of work completed.
- Files or routes letter and source documents after entry.
- Answer incoming calls; create issue and if necessary forward issue to proper department.
- Communicate with our owners and guests on behalf of Mr. Siegel
- Diffuse escalated issues in the best interest of the Company
- Communicate rationally with irate owners and guests
Qualifications
- Organized, with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent follow up skills
- Good communication skills overall, verbally and written
- Team player
- Must be a self starter
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college education preferred.
Additional Information
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Must have an understanding of legal terminology and be proficient in Legal Research.
