Our team in CT Scan Salesis looking for a Sales Administrator to join them. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Christiansburg, Virginia.
We are looking for a responsible team player to partner with all, domestic and international customer accounts. You will be the primary contact for these accounts responsible for time sensitive responses to customer inquiries.
To be considered for Sales Administrator, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related technical area or an Associates Degree with 2 years related experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Work with a team-oriented approach
- Access US export-controlled information
As a Sales Administrator, you will:
- Enter and administrate quotes on CRM and loading contracts / orders on LN / SAP, issuing RMA to customers and managing field service requests.
- Manage customer accounts, as well as, contributing to schedule / production meetings.
- Data collection and report preparation for internal and external submissions.
- Project management tasks targeting our goals that improve organization performance will be an element of your role.
- Partner with company personnel, field sales personnel and main customers to support the sales department.
- Deal with complex contracts and technical products for the commercial and industrial markets as part of a business development team.
