Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Technical PM with 10+ years of experience.
Job Description and Qualifications include: (This is a hands-on development role)
Ø Required:
o 10+ years of IT Experience,
o 4+ years of experience as Scrum Master/Project Management.
o Project charter- Cost/Schedule management and avoid cost overrun/schedule overrun.
o Expertise with Agile and Scrum frameworks and Jira experience is mandatory.
o Proficient in Scrum techniques such as DOD/DOR for user-stories as well as experience as Scrum Master
o Expertise in planning, schedule, risk, communication, and scope management
o Lead the scrum team to use Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Ø Education and Additional Skills
o Computer Science Degree or equivalent college education
o Should have experience with working in large development projects.
o Should have the ability coordinate across multiple teams.
o Be nimble in handling and delivering fast moving projects with very minimal supervision.
o Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000- $140,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
