Piper Companies is seeking a 100% remote Asset Manager to join a global health insurance company based out of North Carolina. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the life cycle planning of corporate assets through asset selection, operation, migration, and optimization. The Asset Manager will be an individual contributor and hit the ground running from day one. This is a long term contract remote opportunity.
Responsibilities of the Asset Manager include:
- Design, develop and execute methodologies and initiatives for asset life cycle management in line with best practice, market research and operating data analysis as part of a cycle of continuous improvement that maximizes the value of each asset.
- Optimize the cost, risk and value of assets throughout the life cycle through t he analysis of data including: efficiencies, utilization, maintenance support and best practices
- Develop a disposition plan for each asset and assist in the positioning of assets for sale, decommissioning or disposal, including asset lease termination.
Qualifications for the Asset Manager include:
- 5+ years of experience in asset management
- Strong knowledge of Centero and/or Servicenow
- Experience in record keeping, reporting, and tracking assets
Compensation for the Asset Manager includes:
- Salary Range: $49-$51 an hour depending on experience
