This position contributes to our vision by:
• Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Maintaining an updated project schedule for the organization, identifying resources needed, and assigning individual responsibilities.
• Tracking performance to plan and project status, including development of predictive metrics, project budget, and expenses. Conducting risk analyses and proposing mitigation plans to minimize risk and assure successful plan performance.
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of assigned project and scope.
• Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.

Additional description
Safran Electrical & Power offers eligible employees medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability benefits. New employees receive up to 80 hours of vacation time annually. Employees receive 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Non-exempt team members accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked. Salary range: $81,400 – $106,800

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience
• 2-3 years of Aerospace Industry (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Project Management concepts and practices
• Project Management Certification
