Client Program Manager

Arcadis seeks a Client Program Manager to join Places Infrastructure team.

Role description:

As a Client Program Manager, you will work with internal project teams, contractors, and client representatives to facilitate the planning, design, and construction of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across a portfolio of data center sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that program activities are completed in compliance with client standards and guidelines while minimizing cost and schedule through coordination prior to execution.

Role accountabilities:

  • Responsible for leading the growth of Program Management Services
  • Leading operational teams to achieve program objectives and continuously improve results
  • Translating project/program objectives into plans, budgets, costs, and schedules, managing finances across the project life cycle to meet the profit and budgetary targets of the program
  • Leading the implementation of the program, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and working on mid- to long-term timescales, to ensure delivery standards meet client expectations
  • Monitoring and reviewing the performance and behaviors of all team members, ensuring compliance with Arcadis’ risk and compliance policy and codes of conduct
  • Analyzing and compiling a range of complex data and documents, using knowledge and analysis conducted by others to review and assess analysis and provide advice and recommendations to contribute to program decision making
  • Using knowledge and experience of industry best practices to develop processes and review policies for the program, ensuring changes are in line with strategic business objectives
  • Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and collaboration across projects and programs and ensure client satisfaction
  • Acting as a technical expert by providing subject matter advice to colleagues within the program to support successful delivery in line with program objectives
  • Managing relationships with clients and directing third-party contractors to ensure all parties are informed and aware of program progress and expectations
  • Lead Governing bodies/groups related to Project
  • Proficiency in using relevant Software and Systems

Qualifications & Experience:

Key skills and experience:

  • Ability to manage relationships with and influence external stakeholders
  • Project controls experience related to cost estimating and budgeting, cashflow and forecasting, cost analysis, and schedule analysis for capital programs
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong focus on health, safety, and quality
  • Some travel required

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
  • 15 years of Program Management Experience.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start date, and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $126,750 – $211,250.
