CGI has an immediate need for a MF Documentum Developer to join our financial services team in Columbia, SC; Knoxville, TN; Lafayette, LA; or Belton, TX. Due to the current COVID-19 status, candidates will not be required to work within the physical work location at this time. When COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, they will be required to be located within the proximity of the assigned CGI location. Seeking a Documentum D2 Applications Developer who understands Documentum’s Data Model, Object Model, Security Model and is able to design and architect applications. The candidate should have experience with D2 2.x, have knowledge of task manager customization, workflow development, process builder / manager and workflow method development. The primary focus of this Applications Developer is to improve the stability and functionality of the platform by implementing a series of application refinements using the Documentum D2 2.2 solution development platform.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze functional requirements
• Production of technical documentation
• Build the current and future systems (prototyping, new functionalities and maintenance tasks)
• Define and execute unit and integration tests
• Assist and support Business users
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• 4 years of work experience in Documentum technology (DFC, DQL, D2 configurations)
• Advance knowledge of software development using Java/J2EE and Eclipse ide
• Experience in the design and development of web services
• Experience in the use of source version control systems
• Experience with relational databases
• Ideally have experience with: Content Server DQMan, Blazon, CFS
• Define Documentum repository structure and Object types.
• Plus to have experience with AWS and DevOps tools for release, configuration management, monitoring, development (e.g. – Jenkins, GIT, Docker, AWS EKS, AWS Step function, AWS Lambda creation, Jira, Python, Angular, Splunk etc)
• Experienced with implementing solutions using Java & J2EE technologies, REST, Web Services, Spring, GWT framework
• Experienced with databases like Oracle and SQL Server, Postgress sql.
• Experienced with Application servers like Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, TC Server.
• Experienced with providing support for existing production applications, troubleshooting, resolving problems.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills and proven independent & teamwork capabilities.
• Experienced with agile methodology of development

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $59,700.00 – $146,900.00.
