This role is open to candidates who live near or are willing to relocate to one of our office locations in Hoboken, NJ / San Bruno, CA / Bentonville, AR.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to join our dynamic and collaborative Omnichannel Strategy & Data team. This person will keep the team on track and be responsible for evaluating new business planning. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders, as well as experience in evaluating and executing new business opportunities.

- Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets for various initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Evaluating new business opportunities, performing market research, analyzing financial data, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.
- Communicating project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, providing recommendations for resolution and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project and business requirements are understood, and deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Proactively identifying, prioritizing, and escalating issues that may impact project success.
- Fostering a positive team culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications…
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management and business development.
- Experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams of project managers.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver successful project and business outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
