We are looking for an experienced Risk Operations Manager II to drive impact, improvement, and innovation in our Risk and Performance business. This leader will have responsibility over risk decisioning, lead teams implementing risk strategy, effectively monitor and report on team performance, and be a thought partner in the creation of playbooks to support the business. This position will contribute to providing a safe selling environment and excellent customer experience and contribute to the continued success of the Walmart Marketplace.

You’ll make an impact by:
- Working with cross functional business partners to ensure Service Levels are met for our Partners
- Defining business goals and targets
- Managing and guiding a Supervisor population, to ensure that they are meeting/exceeding Key Performance Indicators
- Being a strategic thought partner with various business units
- Identifying and driving product and process enhancements
- Launching new business initiatives to Associate populations
- Thriving in an ambiguous environment
Responsibilities:
Manages daily operations and deliverables of the seller limits team; analyzing and interpreting reports; providing a feedback loop from manual processes that can assist in machine learning; ensuring associates adhere to policies and procedures; remaining up-to-date on company programs and initiatives that will result in increased workload; and providing guidance on team inquiries and escalations.
Oversees team to develop and implement complex tactical processes and business improvements to ensure operational performance objectives, metrics, and corporate policy requirements are met by collaborating with multiple stake holders; aligning workforce schedules with business objectives to ensure the efficient operation of associates and to meet service level goals.
Analyzes and interprets integrated information and provides strategic analysis to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by running reports on a regular and ad hoc basis; ensuring the highest level of data integrity and accuracy; utilizing various advanced analytic methodologies to synthesize information; identifying volume and staffing trends; analyzing root causes of trends; developing creative and innovative solutions that meet business goals and align with long-term strategy; reporting findings to leadership; and partnering with leadership to develop solutions.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in eCommerce Operations, Contact Center Management, or Risk Management
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Operational skill sets and best practices

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$139,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives
