Overview and Responsibilities:
Paramount Global Content Distribution is seeking a Coordinator to provide administrative support to three senior level attorneys and one paralegal. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility of working partly in the office 2 – 3 days per week, and partly from home on the other days.
- Schedule and confirm meetings, maintain calendars and schedules, and provide other administrative support
- Coordinate and track status of agreements
- File agreements and other documents in digital filing system
- Photocopy, scan and print materials, coordinate internal and external distributions of agreements via e-mail, and route incoming and outgoing mail that may include large distribution lists
- Analyze and organize information relating to contractual relationships to support delivery of legal guidance to department attorneys and internal clients
- Prepare initial drafts for attorney review of routine documents relating to content licensing and distribution arrangements, such as amendments, exhibits, schedules and notices
- Assist in the preparation of other attorney work product (such as letters, memos, presentations and reports)
- Research legal document records for precedents and exemplars
- Prepare various charts and schedules for tracking deals and key terms
- Coordinate obtaining signatures on contracts
- Liaise regularly with internal departments and external entities
- Generate expense reports and process receipts for reimbursement
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of equivalent experience within a major law firm or in-house law department of a major entertainment company
- Computer proficiency; extensive experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and DocuSign; familiarity with software applications and databases used in a legal office setting
Additional Qualifications:
- Very organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high priorities and to appropriately prioritize work
- Ability to assist multiple persons and multi-task simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate
- Use excellent judgment and discretion during interactions with attorneys, other staff, internal and external clients and senior management

Additional Information:
Hiring Salary Range: $24.00/hour – $30.29/hour.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
