The Job
PayneWest is looking for an accommodating and detail-oriented Carrier Contract Administrator to work in coordination with our management team, colleagues and carrier partners. An ideal candidate for this position is a patient and well-organized communicator skilled at interacting with a wide variety of individuals while adhering to established policies and processes. This person enjoys being organized and maintaining accuracy at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem solving.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with colleagues and carriers to handle agency appointments and employee login access to appointed carriers.
- Manage carrier and MGA contracts/agreements for all lines of business including proper financial due diligence, contract review and approval, documentation and renewal of existing contracts/agreements.
- Communicate with carriers regarding changes in bonds, Powers of Attorney’s and office locations as required.
- Conduct annual AM Best audit of PayneWest Insurance carriers.
- Maintain positive relationships with carriers and colleagues.
- Plus (the fine print): you’ll follow organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards and established workflows. You’ll ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance. You’ll maintain confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team.

The Perks:
We take pride in providing our colleagues with a competitive compensation package; we will honor all local and state salary thresholds. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. The salary range for this position is $39,300-$62,800/year. Additionally, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing and a benefits package that includes paid paternity/maternity leave, medical leave, 401K savings and other wellbeing programs. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
