Certified Paralegal – Litigation

Olsten Staffing has an immediate need for an experienced and talented Litigation Paralegalfor a prestigious law firm in the Florence South Carolina area. The Litigation paralegal is responsible for researching and preparing legal documents to support the assigned attorney.

Hours:

Monday- Friday

9:00AM to 5:00 PM

Pay rate:

$19.00 to $24.00 an hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

The Litigation Paralegal will gather evidence and documentation to assist with building a case file.

Maintain client relationships

Assist attorneys will all the steps of the litigation process

Review and organize case documents, including deposition transcripts, expert reports, and exhibits.

Drafting complaints, affidavits, and discovery motions

Review and summarize depositions and other discovery materials

Docket court filing deadlines and scheduling orders

Meet/exceed set budgeted goals

Provide support for other team members in their absence

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate PREFERRED

3+ years of relevant work experience REQUIRRED

MUST be able to work in a team environment & independently

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
