The Worldwide Real Estate (WWRE) organization is looking for a Technical Product Manager who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and adoption of Web 3 technologies such as Blockchain, Metaverse, Tokenization, Smart Contracts, NFT’s and AI to enable business transformation and innovation within Amazon’s Real Estate business.
WWRE is responsible for site selection, building design, disaster recovery, and asset management for Amazon’s Operations (Ops) network. The facilities WWRE supports touch every step of the customer product lifecycle. WWRE secures all sites end-to-end in the global fulfillment network from rural delivery stations to highly-automated robotics facilities over a million SF in 25 countries across North America (NA); Europe (EU); and Rest of World (ROW) which includes India (IN); Latin America (LATAM); Asia Pacific (APAC); and the Middle East/Northern Africa (MENA)
The successful candidate must have direct experience and demonstrated track record of working with and driving adoption of Web 3 technologies at global enterprise scale. This role is located in Bellevue, Washington.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute a roadmap that immerses Web 3 technologies into the Real Estate business at Amazon with a view to simplifying processes, maximizing productivity and driving innovation.
• Work with the leadership team to set strategy, define the product, and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch.
• Use case prioritization, feature definition, ownership of the product roadmap, and customer segmentation.
• Engage with partner teams to identify integration opportunities and drive product initiatives.
• Identify and build a set of tools and products common for Web 3 technology adoption and management.
• Influence and align with external stakeholders on driving self-service and manual effort reduction on roadmaps of external engineering teams.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

A day in the life
• Define the products and services to meet requirements of different customer verticals
• Create detailed product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the specific customer verticals including use case prioritization, feature definition and product roadmap
• Work with leadership team to set the customer strategy and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
• Manage entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution and work with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver on that vision, e.g. engineering, sales, finance, operations, international
• Responsible for launch plan and enablement, working to ensure that all teams have what they need to be successful
• Establish goals and reviewing metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success
• Research and identify new opportunities to innovate on behalf of our customers
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience with Web 3 technologies including Blockchain, Metaverse, NFT’s, Tokenization, Smart Contracts and AI.
- 10+ years of experience working with engineering teams, and experience making technical decision for design or architecting enterprise scale solutions.
- Keeps up to date with contemporary concepts in business strategy and management and applies these to develop innovative solutions and transformation plans and roadmaps.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the Industrial Real Estate Industry with a focus on technology preferred
- Experience working with Machine Learning systems. Preferable in the Large Language Models space.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
