Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) is seeking a friendly and motivated Teller to join our Retail team for seasonal employment this upcoming summer at our Ashland, NH branch location.
Starting pay begins at $17.00 per hour
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous related experience and/or training in a customer service environment
- Intermediate use of desktop applications
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to work rotating Saturdays
- Ability to travel to our Plymouth, NH branch location as required
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer deposits, account withdrawals, cashing checks, issuing bank and travelers checks, issuing and redeeming savings bonds and processing loan payments
- Promotes and sells bank products and services to new and existing customers
- Responds to questions and resolve problems or concerns for customers effectively and efficiently
