We are seeking Front Desk Attendants to provide the most amazing bowling experience to our Guests. Looking for individuals with some pep in their step who love to chit chat and make Guests feel welcome. You will deliver prompt, friendly service by helping Guests select the best bowling experience for their group, help with the selection of proper bowling equipment (shoes and balls), answer the phones and direct calls to other departments, answer questions about all the center has to offer, maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and assist other departments as necessary.

Summary of Responsibilities:
• Answer phones with the proper greeting and provides prompt and accurate information
• Ensure maximum utilization of lanes through efficient control of guest flow
• Accurately assign rental shoes, lanes, billiard tables, and lockers
• Clean, spray and disinfect rental shoes upon return (brushing the soles)
• Track lane availability and assign open lanes
• Prepare for leagues, ensuring that they start on time
• Promptly notify mechanic and/or porter of any pinsetter malfunctions and logs it on call sheet
• Operate POS accurately and efficiently
• Use perfect cash handling practices
• Assist team members with miscellaneous duties to prevent delays in Guest service
• Operate the P/A system
• Promptly assist Guests and answer all questions, seeking help from management as needed

Physical Demands
• Constantly required to stand
• Constantly required to walk, including up and down stairs
• Must be able to lift or carry 10 pounds or less

Abilities required:
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Must be able to get along with other team members
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts: day, night, and weekends
• Must communicate effectively to the guests, team members, managers
• Must be clean and organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Requirements

Previous Cash Handling Experience Preferred

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

CA Food Handler Certificate
