CBS Brand Studio, a division of CBS Media Ventures, is looking for a Senior Manager, Branded Content! CBS Brand Studio is responsible for developing branded content both in-show and online, constantly innovating and improving our custom content offerings in response to the ever-changing media landscape and evolving client needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop and execute custom content for brands — ranging from Fortune 500 to startups, that will best meet their consumers’ needs
- Craft and sell meaningful integrations with digital, social, media, PR and promotional elements
- Balance demands of multiple show properties with aggressive and evolving revenue targets, simultaneously activating executions, partnerships and responding to RFPs
- Thrive working cross-functionally; interface daily with media sales, production, digital, social, development, research, public relations, communications, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive integrated client campaigns
- Retain and expand existing business by continuing to innovate and deliver results
- Foster strong, genuine relationships with both internal and external partners to galvanize support for programs
- Work with marketers to gain a deep understanding of their brand, campaign, objectives, target and messaging
- Collaborate with producers to develop strategic creative content that delivers for the brand and delights our audiences
- Optimize campaigns by educating clients on: audiences, creative process, storytelling, talent, production, metrics and trends
- Measure, interpret, and share results (quantitative, qualitative and anecdotal) to demonstrate best practices, proven success, and impact brands can expect

- 4-6 years of relevant marketing, production, or agency experience

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,500.00 – 107,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
