Job Details
The Assistant Cottage Supervisor functions as a member of the Inpatient Team providing professional direct care services that are client centered and strengths based. This position is a leadership position requiring enhanced decision making skills, role modeling and direct oversight of staff on shift and engagement in professional growth opportunities. This role assists with onboarding, leading training and collaborating in team meetings.
Qualifications
Qualified Candidates
- Graduation from High School or GED
- At least one year of inpatient experience
- At least one year demonstrated leadership role
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
