REQUIREMENTS
AA degree in Computer Science or accounting field
8+ years of related experience of equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate knowledge of Excel

5 years data control, accounting control experience

Strong training and customer support mentality

Eligible to work in an ITAR environment.

Pass drug and background check
5 years SAP S4HANA experience required.

Pay rate range: $83,657 – $121,132

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the Master Governance Team. Manage staffing levels, employee support, training, discipline, development, and daily performance to ensure team is effective and well trained.
  • Develop new tools and processes to streamline the Master Data process and balance compliance with ease of use.
  • Executes monitoring requirements established by department head, needed for overall Master Data Management architecture and accuracy. May participate in SOX or Internal Control development and documentation.
  • Maintains metrics to measure and benchmark accuracy of the Master Data Systems for business needs. While metrics are determined by division head, this role will have considerable input.
  • Provide guidance and effective instruction to customers using Master Data records and files. May host trainings to small groups and will conduct one on one training often with new users and stakeholders.
  • Solves complex problems and collects information from a variety of shareholders to make good decisions.
  • Creates Master Data training material for the department and outside users as needed. Works closely with accounting and SAP team to consider changes and impacts.
  • Communicates Master Data policies and procedures to appropriate audiences in an effective way. Responsive to email and calls and provides complete answers to internal customers.
  • Develops and evaluates maintenance and review procedures to ensure Master Data is current and accurate. Will review the work and entries of other often.
  • Mentors staff members in the department.
  • Builds relationships with production leadership in all locations to serve as a trusted resource.
  • Models ethical and accurate reporting always.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
