Job Title: Lead Data Science Analyst (multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Work closely with management to execute analytical initiatives. Solve business problem by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and 48 months of experience in Data Analyst or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Analytics, Engineering (any), Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and 24 months of experience in Data Analyst or related occupation.
Position required skills: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Bachelor’s degree, OR Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Master’s degree: developing advanced algorithms using machine learning techniques to generate insights and provide recommendations to the leadership on business strategies; optimizing the recovery business processes by refining the fraud strategies using advanced statistical and analytical methods; building end-to-end data science pipelines, including problem scoping, data gathering, exploratory data analysis, predictive modelling, visualizations and automated dashboard monitoring; utilizing programming languages, including SAS-EG, Python, SQL, and R; extracting, analyzing, and interpreting high volumes of data using Snowflake and Teradata and presenting the results using tableau and Excel; and working with key stakeholders across product, operations, and fraud analytics to refine rule-based systems.

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,584.00 to $140,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
