B2B Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist to lead & support initiatives for the Nespresso Professional B2B Marketing & Sales teams including brand, customer, trade event, and sustainability projects. The specialist will also be responsible to support team in budget and system administration functions. Additionally, the person in role will be responsible for supporting two Marketing Managers & one Sr. Marketing Manager in development and execution of all marketing activities including but not limited to collateral creation, sales materials, brand partnership events/tradeshows , and implementation of trade marketing programs. This hybrid role will flex between working several days per week in our NYC based corporate office, and other days remotely.

RESPONSIBILITES:

B2B MARKETING & BRAND STEWARDSHIP:

  • Supports the development and execution of annual marketing plans addressing all aspects of the marketing mix
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Sales, Consumer Insights, Communications, Analytics, eComm, Product, Supply Chain, Finance) to develop and execute key business initiatives
  • Monitors and maintains Nespresso Brand standards and the B2B Brand athletics across all points of contact with customers/prospects
  • Participates in Integrated Commercial Planning process and supports key brand initiative implementation within B2B Trade channel
  • Represent B2B Team/B2B Marketing within the Comms Hub and Integrated Comms Planning to ensure B2B has a voice within integrated brand planning
  • Coordinates campaign execution working with external agencies and collaborate internally
  • Ensures there is a strong network in place with HQ B2B Marketing & B2B marketing community in other Nespresso countries to allow for best practice sharing

AGENCY AND VENDOR MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

  • Ensures strong oversight of agency & vendor relationships to ensure efficient use of resources as well as effectively leverage their areas of expertise to extend the reach of B2B TM team
  • Insists on and delivers strong tracking and processes to ensure alignment and On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery of all programming and materials
  • Manages all resources efficiently for maximum impact and ROI (Return on Investment)
  • Initiates, monitors, and improves processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team

TRADE MARKETING/B2B SALES TEAM(S) SUPPORT:

  • Supports B2B Team in achieving the strategic 5-year plan focus areas: Provide Unparalleled Service, Existing and new Segment Activation focus + Brand, Portfolio, Sustainability, and Purpose
  • Provides full support of the trade activation calendar
  • Supports B2B Sales team with ad-hoc activation requests for customer environments (barista set up, after work, sustainability, etc.)
  • Leads Trade Print Portal including managing budget, inventory, and new/old items implementation
  • Works with Commercial Excellence Project managers on the development of program/promotion SKUs, and bundling logistics where applicable
  • Provides financial administration support including PCard processing, budget reconciliation, Invoice tracking and reconciliation, and accruals

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer/sales or marketing in the out-of-home market
  • Microsoft office suite proficiency
  • Ability to use resources online for marketing research and analysis
  • Experience creating and printing marketing materials, a plus
  • Project management experience

The approximate pay range for this position is $85,000- $98,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
