Core Responsibilities
• Service Immigration Clients
• Provide Legal/Technical advice to clients
• File client applications

What will you be doing in your role?

  • Provide legal technical advice to individuals and families seeking immigration benefits.
  • Determine eligibility and handle the cases of those that are eligible and choose to work with us.
  • Conduct intake interviews to determine eligibility.
  • Informs clients of their options. For those eligible for benefits, informs them of everything needed and guides through the process.
  • Complete applications/petitions and files them on behalf of clients.
  • Enter and maintain up to date client’s data on the system and maintains up to date client files.
  • Deeply care for the needs of clients seeking immigration help.
  • Have a high sense of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and caring demeanor in all interactions with clients.
  • Manages your time well and maintain control of the client interaction.
  • Focus on the needs of the clients and the goals of the program.
  • Handle cases from beginning to end.
  • Be self-motivated and maintain the necessary rhythm of work.

Are you the next Immigration Accredited Representative?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in pre-law, business, or criminal justice. If not, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Experience with immigration issues preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain DOJ Accreditation.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

• Full-Time exempt position with a salary range starting at $45,000, based on skills and experience.
