Project Manager – Hybrid or Remote in WA or OR

  • Customer Service
    • Provide the highest quality of internal and external customer service as expected of our culture.
    • Serve as a role model of professionalism, including personal conduct, and customer service efforts.
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Executive Team Members and Project Sponsors.
  • Assist in prioritization of assigned projects.
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Review the project schedule with applicable staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required.
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
  • Create and track tasks in project management software.
  • Execute the project according to the project plan.
  • Develop forms and records to document project activities.
  • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Develop test plans and coordinate the testing of all projects assigned.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Must be highly effective in working with vendors and business partners, and must be able to communicate well with all staff.
  • Serve as a liaison to department management to help anticipate and plan upcoming projects and assist with the project request.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

Education/Knowledge/Skills & Abilities

  • High School diploma or equivalent at minimum; college experience strongly desired
  • PMP Certification or sufficient hours and course work to Certify within 6 months.
  • 2 – 5 years Project Management experience required
  • Experience working with multiple people in multiple departments across the organization.
  • Understanding of bank policies and procedures.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to develop and execute project plans
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with multiple direction from people with diversified personalities with focus on a common goal.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and manage timelines, tasks, and resources.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to find problems, analyze solution options, and make independent decisions.
  • Demonstrated independent proactive behaviors and time prioritization.
  • Experience working with multiple people and departments.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless integration of strategy and process as well as strengthening partnerships.
  • Use of bank standard word processing software and spreadsheet software with strong understanding of multiple math formulas.
  • General communication (oral and written); clear voice communication; business telephone etiquette; distribute and exchange information with others; interaction with managers, employees, regulatory agencies, industry peers, customers, communicate/work with confidential information; compose draft written materials, correspondence/memoranda, reports, publications.
  • Train others in specialized skills or specific procedures; supply direction; conduct one-on-one training.
  • May advise others; recommend course of action; set priorities; set objectives or goals; set example for good performance; redirect and prioritize work activity as necessary; support corporate philosophy and strategy; may supervise the completion of work and provide guidance to less experience co-workers; resolve problems; disseminate information; may schedule work activities; establish and monitor quality control standards; originate operating methods and documentation guidelines; make decisions and take actions within scope of authority; establish proper record keeping systems.

For your Benefit We Offer:

  • Salary range for this position is $65,000 to $81,000 annually. The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s knowledge, skills and experience relevant to the position.
  • Eligible to participate in annual incentive plan.
