The position is located in Boston, MA and will report to the Operations Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Assist the Operation Department Manager with all aspects of developing and managing operation programs pertaining to including trap program, procedure review, log sheets review and storage, organizing computer manual and drives, and emergency response.
- Aid in the development and completion of safety equipment inventories, and inspections geared to reducing injuries and risk
What you bring:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelors’ Degree in Facilities Engineering or related degree
- High attention to detail and level of organization
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Collaborative approach to task and milestone achievement
- At least forty hours of consistently-scheduled availability within standard working hours (7:30am – 4pm) in Eastern Standard time, Monday – Friday; exact hours are negotiable

- Salary Range: $20 – $30 USD hourly
