We’re looking for candidates with a solid understanding in the field of education and a passion for transforming students so that they can reach their full potential.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced tutor and/or teacher who must be able to adapt to different learning styles. We want our tutors to have the integrity and knowledge to push students to excel beyond expectations.
What We Offer:

Minimum Qualifications:
- College grad, upper level college student, and professional only. Teaching credential is a plus.
- Previous experience in teaching/ tutoring required
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of educational subjects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and educate student in a non-classroom setting
- Design and implement lesson plans at varying academic levels
- Establish academic goals and milestones with students
- Document and communicate progress reports
- Provide constructive feedback for students
Location (YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN AT LEAST 1 OF THE LOCATIONS LISTED):
Ohio: Dublin, Hilliard, Powell, Lewis Center, Plain City, Delaware

Salary: starts at $20/hour

- relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
- tutoring/teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
Schedule:
Hours vary. Weekday, evenings and weekends are options.
