Accounting Coordinator – Fleet Management

The Accounting Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting the personal property tax accounting functions for the team. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, analytical, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.

This position offers a starting salary of $40,200 per year. This position is full time and requires normal business working hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

This is a Hybrid position that will allow you to work 80-90% from your home residence in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

  • Receipt all Personal Property Tax refund checks
  • Track and research personal property tax open bills
  • Account schedule preparation for A/R tax accounts
  • Process related monthly AP, AR, GL, and CT entries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, jurisdictions, and state services
  • Run weekly and monthly PPT reports
  • Respond to Service Now incidents for billing services questions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area
  • Six (6) months or more of Accounting experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA eligible, or pursuing an accounting degree preferred
  • Intermediate level of experience and understanding of Microsoft Office Products
  • Must be willing to accept $40,200 per year
  • Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

  • Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
