The Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) Senior Program Coordinator provides project management support for key L&TD programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Learning & Talent Development, the Senior Program Coordinator helps ensure the team consistently delivers on the company Mission, Purpose, and Core Values by positively contributing their best each day and focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages project logistics for multiple concurrent learning cohorts with both short- and long-term deliverables
- Acts as liaison to internal and external partners to support successful program execution
- Documents project tasks within project management software
- Provides consistent support to learners to drive accountability and successful program completion
- Creates, proofreads, issues, and monitors communications through various communication platforms
- Assists leadership in developing and assessing metrics to evaluate program effectiveness
- Populates, updates, and manipulates data in Excel and various database systems as required for program oversight and reporting requirements
- Oversees maintenance and updates to the Learning & Talent Development SharePoint pages
- Reviews and assists in creation of program materials
- Partners with Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to set up learning program framework
- Supports and aligns with other internal learning initiatives that have impact on our L&TD strategies
- Ensures quality, effectiveness and accountability to our culture, standards and processes
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development orTalent Management
- 5+ years of experience coordinating projects, training, or related activities
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience using SumTotal Learning Management System or Qualtrics a plus
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and process management skills
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking ability with superb attention to detail
- Forward-thinking, takes initiative and ownership to solve problems proactively
- Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, and influencing skills
- Process and continuous improvement orientation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $75,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
