Operations and HR Manager

Our client, a prominent law firm in Washington D.C. , is seeking an Operations and HR Manager to support their Firm Operations Director. The ideal candidate will essentially be the “face” of the HR team and will assist with answering employee questions. This is a full-time role that has a 5-day in-office work schedule. The role is offering $70k – $80k based on experience. Job Duties: Keep track of vendor accounts and contracts Onboard new hires Oversee payroll functions and benefits Coordinate with Firm Operations Director to plan meetings and events Supervise front desk team and managing general office tasks Enhance and monitor operations expenditures Serve as employee-facing lead for HR support needs daily Candidate requirements: Experience: at least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a legal setting; 1+ years of operations experience Proficient in: ADP preferred but not required JazzHR preferred but not required Payroll processes Tracking vendor accounts and contracts Employee relations Soft Skills: organization, discretion, self-starting, proactive, initiative, effective communication Proof of vaccination against COVID-19: not required, but it is highly encouraged Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
