We are currently seeking a self-motivated Accounting Manager to work collaboratively with stakeholders from various countries on intercompany transactions. An ideal candidate in this role will be someone with managing international intercompany transactions, preferably in manufacturing industry and/or public company background.
The Role:
- Track and review all monthly intercompany transactions, including movement in inventories. Working cross functionally with various teams to resolve issues timely
- Work collaboratively with Tax and Trade Compliance team on transfer pricing invoices
- Prepare monthly manual journal entries relating to intercompany transactions, if required
- Reconcile all intercompany balances and activities in Blackline
- Working closely with ERP team to automate intercompany transactions in SAP
- Assist with monthly consolidation activities
- Assist with implementation of processes and controls in accordance with SOX compliance.
- Special projects and other ad hoc assignments as assigned
Qualifications:
- Relevant background in manufacturing industry and/or public companies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Experience in Blackline is preferred
- Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- CPA or equivalent preferred
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
• California (Bay Area) – $131,000 – $187,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
