VP Product Management, B2B Integration Products

Job Description:About the Role

Dow Jones delivers award-winning data, and services to our professional customers’ internal environments and systems. We are looking for a Vice President of B2B Integration Products (APIs, Feeds, etc.) working across multiple business lines, including Risk & Compliance, Factiva, and Newswires.

Reporting to the SVP of B2B Products, you will be responsible for defining API and Integrations product, authoring roadmaps, and executing across the entire product lifecycle. You’ll work with engineering and business partners to innovate, conceptualize, design and pilot new capabilities to simplify our clients’ business problems.

You Will:

  • Define API and Integrations product, author roadmaps, and execute across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Partner globally with engineering, UX, customer intelligence, product delivery, and business strategy teams to launch products.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to lead and define the integration product vision and strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of product managers to build best-in-class integration products. Initiate, evaluate, and implement third-party partnership integrations.
  • Draft product requirements, user stories and details taking a user-focused approach to product development.
  • Define platform protection controls (rate limits, quotas, etc.) for each commercial offering to ensure protection of API services.
  • Translate business needs into technical terms.
  • Ensure go-to-market readiness, participating in commercialization activities with internal stakeholders (e.g.customer service and sales, sales engineers, documentation team, etc).

You Have:

  • 12+ years of Product Management or equivalent technical experience.
  • Familiarity with multiple API & Feeds standards and protocols
  • Hands-on experience defining and managing APIs and/or Integrations as a Product.
  • Experience in Risk & Compliance or Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated global delivery responsibility and global mindset.
  • Commercially minded, proposing new features and validating them in the market with business partners.
  • Team Management
  • Experience in Agile Development, with Product Owner (or similar) experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with JIRA.

Pay Range: $140,000 – $450,000
