We are looking for a seasoned leader to help us lead and further develop our Audit & Oversight program. The role has impact across everything we do in Advertising and is highly visible to executive leadership on an ongoing basis.
Key job responsibilities
The Role:
• Develop, operationalize, and manage the overall Ads Audit & Oversight Program.
• Conduct risk assessments against existing policies, controls and products.
• Develop and own strategic Audit & Oversight roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Regulatory compliance SMEs across Ads to build develop and implement additional policies or controls.
• Onboard and manage Audit & Oversight management tools.
• Manage partnerships with internal business stakeholders.
• Create monitoring and testing plans for applicable advertising policies and controls.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING:

• Excellent translator between various part of the business and external stakeholders.
• Work well in ambiguous situations and are able to formulate direction and lead internal Advertising resources, external partners and customers through the engagement lifecycle.
• Strategic thinker who can demonstrate understanding of requirements, foresee risks, make decisions guided by policies, procedures, customer needs, and business plan with limited guidance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience, or a MBA and 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
