Manages and coordinates administrative projects and tasks for leadership in support of the business across multiple sites and service lines. Provides leadership to administrative team in alignment with operational goals of the executive team while supporting the leadership on administrative initiatives and project implementation.

Job Responsibility

1.Provides leadership to Administrative Support team members and supervisors across multiple sites and services
2.Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system and regularly provides input to Executive Director on administrative assignments and projects
3.Supports business and executive leadership in overseeing and managing administrative functions and team on more complex assignments in support of the service line and Executive Director
4.Manages a large scale operation across multiple sites and disciplines by providing coverage and oversight for multiple business locations
5.Acts as project lead on administrative assignments in support of the leadership team on scheduling, project implementation, and other administrative tasks for projects of large scale with revenue generating impact.
6.Prepares and monitors payroll preparation and ensures all required documentation is received and validated for multiple departments.
7.Assists leadership in setting strategic direction for key programs and helps facilitate the initiatives at each site on behalf of the Executive Director
8.Works under consultative direction from the Executive Director and leadership team toward long-range goals/objectives to best support the businesses financial performance and operational priorities.
9.Regularly collaborates work with leadership and others outside of own function. Acts as the liason between Executive Director and key stakeholders across the health system.
10.Works collaboratively on engagement initiatives and events at all locations in support of the executive leadership team. 11.Manages coordination of operational events and requirements across the health system to best represent the service line.
12.Oversees all events across multiple sites within area of responsibility.
13. Manages team members and executes policies at multiple sites or a single, larger portfolio
14. Works with facilities and procurement to facilitate building needs through initiating contracts with vendors
15.Aquires and manages staffing appropriately for department(s) and collaborates with HR to fulfill requirements to ensure compliance with HR regulations
16.Responsible for performance reviews, corrective actions, promotional decisions, and pay actions for direct reports
17.Manages budget expenditures for teams and/or large projects

Job Qualification

1.Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and
related experience.
2.6-10 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years of leadership / management
experience, required.

The salary range for this position is $79,880-$136,340/year
